He has successfully led initiatives to expand production capabilities, improve service delivery, and align cross-functional teams with evolving customer needs. Prior to joining ulrich medical USA, he led U.S. operations for XSYS Global, a global supplier to the packaging and printing industry, where he oversaw key customer relationships and implemented strategies to enhance responsiveness.
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MBA, Gibbs combines strategic insight with a people-first approach.
