Streamline® OCT System

The Streamline® OCT (Occipito-Cervico-Thoracic) System allows a rigid construct to be created in the occipito-cervico-thoracic spine by offering a broad range of implants. These implants provide the ability to tailor treatment to a specific patient for a more efficient, streamlined surgical experience.

Features:

Versatile Occipital Plate: Modular system provides cephalad-caudal, sagittal, coronal and
medial-lateral adjustability, reducing the need for extreme rod bends

Multiple Screw Options:

  • Polyaxial, smooth shank and high angle
    – Standard diameters: 3.5, 4.0, 4.5mm
    – Standard lengths: 36, 42, 48mm
  • Low-profile friction fit screw heads
  • High angle screw allows for 360° positioning
    and up to 60° angulation

Wide Variety of Connectors

  • Rod-to-rod connectors, 3.2-3.2mm, 3.2-5.5mm
  • Parallel, straight and angled lateral offset connectors
    with closed and open rod attachments

Crosslink Connectors: Rod-to-rod and head-to-head connectors with 8mm
of medial/lateral adjustability

Comprehensive Rod Offering

  • Low profile 3.2mm diameter CoCr
  • Straight, pre-bent and transition
