Spineart Raises CHF 25M to Boost Global Expansion and Spine Surgery Innovation

Geneva, October 1, 2025. Swiss medtech company Spineart has secured a CHF 25 million investment to accelerate its international growth and bring new technologies to the spine surgery market. The round was supported by long-term partners Gimv and EGS Beteiligungen (EGSB), reaffirming investor confidence in the company’s trajectory.The fresh funding will enable Spineart to scale its presence across Europe and the United States, while further developing its pipeline of implants, navigation tools, and robotics.

Expanding the Frontiers of Spine Surgery

Spineart focuses on creating solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and clinical outcomes in spinal procedures. One of its flagship products, the BAGUERA® C cervical disc, is currently under review by the FDA, highlighting the company’s ambitions in the U.S. market.At the same time, the firm is channeling resources into digital navigation systems and robotic assistance, signaling a clear intent to bring next-generation technology directly into operating rooms.

Strong Growth Track Record

With over 360 employees worldwide, Spineart continues to expand its industrial base. Its new manufacturing site in Reignier, France, has increased production capacity to meet rising global demand.The company projects revenues of €140 million in 2025, marking its fifth year in a row of double-digit growth and averaging a robust 16% CAGR.
