Perception® Spinal Fixation System is the first polyaxial screw system to combine a polyaxial screw and load sharing technology into a single implant. The screw angulation is locked independently of the rod, resulting in more options for the surgeon to manipulate the anatomy. Post operatively, the Perception® screw allows load sharing between the endplates and the graft.
