The Paramount® Anterior Cervical Cage is a roughened, titanium anterior implant with integrated fixation plates.
Features:
Controlled Anchor Plate Deployment
The system has a threaded deployment mechanism to avoid aggressive impaction in the cervical spine. The integrated anchor plates are designed to deploy away from the spinal cord and towards the anterior aspect of the vertebral body for improved bone purchase. Simultaneous anchor plate insertion simplifies the anterior cervical procedure.
Maximized Grafting
The system allows for a back-filling grafting technique to maximize graft-to-endplate contact. The open architecture of the implant allows for graft material to be placed in front of the anchor plates in addition to the graft chamber.
Less Invasive Technique
Self-contained anchor plates are deployed in the same plane as the disc space, minimizing exposure. The anchor plates are preloaded and deploy simultaneously for streamlined insertion.
Attributes of Paramount® Anterior Cervical Cage:
- 14 x 12 mm and 15.5 x 14 mm footprints available in both lordotic and anatomic profiles
- Roughened titanium implant designed to increase surface area for bone-implant interface
- Graft containment plate contains graft material
- Modular instrumentation consolidates tray layouts
