OSTEOMED Implantes

October 20, 2014 By SPINEMarketGroup

Founded in 1995, OSTEOMED is a truly Brazilian company specializing in the manufacture of healthcare products, with a focus on safety and effectiveness from concept to final use, always striving to improve patients’ quality of life.

Our team is continuously trained and qualified, composed of specialists, master’s- and doctoral-level professionals from various fields. We seek the continuous improvement of our products and processes through technical–scientific exchange with surgeons and renowned universities.

The production flow is monitored and controlled through a rigorous Management System that ensures full traceability of all products—from the receipt of raw materials to the patient’s postoperative recovery. All raw materials are fully inspected and analyzed to ensure compliance with international reference standards.

Constantly investing in innovation and technology, we perform high-performance thermoplastic polymer (PEEK) injection molding in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom, according to ISO 14644—one of our competitive advantages.

OSTEOMED has its own Testing Laboratory, accredited according to ABNT NBR ISO-IEC 17025:2017 by CGCRE/INMETRO, another competitive differential, where our products are developed and tested following Good Laboratory Practices.

Our Integrated Quality Management System is fully implemented and operational. Its effectiveness is recognized through certifications such as EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN ISO 13485:2012.

After establishing a strong presence in the Brazilian market, OSTEOMED now aims to expand its brand into various regions of the world. The quality of our products is recognized by the U.S. FDA.

With decades of experience, OSTEOMED stands out in the medical market by offering effective support to its customers and striving for the satisfaction of both physicians and patients. https://osteomedimplantes.com
