ORTHBOT advanced robotic system

May 21, 2016 By SPINEMarketGroup

ORTHBOT is an advanced robotic system designed to enhance safety, precision, and intelligence in spine surgery. It combines real-time visual and tactile feedback with continuous monitoring of the procedure to ensure maximum safety. Its robotic arm enables precise, automated execution, reducing the risk of manual errors. Supported by AI, ORTHBOT assists in both surgical planning and intraoperative decision-making, delivering a new standard of control and confidence in the operating room.

  • ORTHOBOT VIDEO ANIMATION

Key Benefits

  • Precise K-wire Placement: High-speed rotation with low-speed advancement prevents slippage on irregular surfaces.
  • Reliable Optical Navigation: Dual-cam system ensures accurate positioning, minimizing interference from light and the environment.
  • Real-Time Pressure Feedback: Simulates tactile feedback and monitors pressure waveforms to avoid over-penetration.
  • Non-Invasive Positioning: External placement of the positioning plate avoids additional surgical trauma.
