Liberty SI™ Fusion System

The Liberty SI™ Fusion System is intended for sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion for conditions including SI joint disruptions and degenerative sacroiliitis. The procedure involves the lateral insertion of 1 or 2 titanium implants transfixing across the ilium and sacrum designed to apply a compressive force to stabilize and fuse the SI Joint. Liberty SI™ is single use and provided sterile.

  • Specifically designed to avoid the most common complication in SI fusion procedures, foraminal impingement
  • Available in multiple diameters & length offerings, composed of Titanium alloy with partial hydroxyapatite coating
  • Only Lateral SI System on the market that engages the cortical walls of the ilium and sacrum for true joint compression
  • Bone decortication during procedural steps helps promote joint fusion
  • Implant fixation, compression and fusion may reduce hypermobility of the SI Joint*
  • Single lateral surgical approach used with 1 implant (2nd implant optional) may reduce risk of Superior Gluteal Artery injury compared to multiple implant systems
