Edge Medical Joins AddLife AB – A New Chapter of Growth and Opportunity

April 1, 2025 By SPINEMarketGroup

Today marks a significant milestone in the journey of Edge Medical. We are delighted to announce that Edge Medical has been acquired by AddLife AB.

AddLife is a Swedish publicly listed life science company with 86 subsidiary companies across 30 countries in Europe. The AddLife model aligns seamlessly with our structure, but more importantly, represents a strong cultural fit, sharing our core values and growth ambitions. Under AddLife’s decentralized business model, Group companies continue to operate independently, maintaining their own brands while focusing on their respective business areas and regions.

Mark Vujovich, CEO of Edge Medical, expressed his enthusiasm about this new partnership:

“We are incredibly excited about the new opportunities, experience, and investment that AddLife brings to Edge Medical. AddLife is a highly experienced specialist provider in the Life Science market segment, offering a long-term perspective, a strong European presence, and a complementary portfolio of supplier and proprietary brands. This will ultimately enhance our offering to our customers.

This is an exciting development for Edge Medical, our employees, our suppliers, our customers, and all stakeholders. It accelerates growth opportunities for us, and I look forward to leading Edge Medical into the next successful chapter of our journey as we continue to develop and grow.”*
