Lyon, Wednesday June 12th, 2024–The two companies, both of comparable size and profile, boast highly complementary product portfolios, market presence, and visions.The combined company will operate under the brand of Clariance SpineVision with headquarters in Lyon (France) and o􏰀ices in Antony (Paris), a factory in Beaurains (France) and subsidiaries in Dallas (USA) and Milan (Italy). Clariance SpineVision now possesses a broad product range featuring top-notch products like Erisma®-LP, Hexanium® and Flex+2®, and a product pipeline driven by a shared vision for the advancement of enabling technologies.

Due to the merger, the company is expanding its product distribution to over 30 countries.This expansion will help the company achieve a critical mass, enhancing its access to additional resources for strategic initiatives.
