KUDOS™: The Ultimate Modular Pedicle Screw System

At the heart of POWEHI’s offerings is the KUDOS™ system, a modular pedicle screw platform designed for posterior spinal fixation. This system offers a wide range of screw diameters (Ø4.5–9.5 mm) and lengths (25–100 mm), with options including solid, cannulated, and fenestrated screws, as well as double and quadruple lead threading. The Auto-Fit Drive T27 ensures full engagement and strength, while the cutting flute design aims to reduce pedicle splay fractures.

KUDOS™ also features 3D-printed screws under development, which promise cost savings, promote bony on-growth, and incorporate unique valves for safer bone cement application. These innovations are designed to enhance surgical outcomes and workflow efficiency.

TANTO®: Cementless Stability for Compromised Bone

The TANTO® anchor is a revolutionary pedicle screw designed to match the pedicle’s anatomy, improving load transfer within the vertebral body. This innovation enhances toggling stability, even in challenging bone conditions, without the use of bone cement. In vitro data and finite element analysis suggest that TANTO® offers 50% more toggling stability compared to traditional methods.

Commitment to Innovation and Sustainability

POWEHI Medical holds 16 granted patents and has 54 international patents pending, reflecting its commitment to continuous innovation in spinal technologies. The company’s mission is to build the best products that create the most value for customers while implementing environmentally friendly solutions.

Investment Opportunities

With a rapidly growing market for spinal implants, POWEHI offers unique investment opportunities. The company’s dual focus on innovation and market viability positions it as a promising partner for forward-thinking investors. POWEHI’s experienced team, cutting-edge technology, and clear roadmap for market entry make it an attractive investment opportunity with high growth potential.

looks like a marriage of Silony-Verticale and NuVasive Precept. To prevent the Wiper effect just use longer screws to penetrate the anterior cortex. Temporary fixation screws are not sleek – they just make the screw head larger. How should the surgeon find this little nut in a perc approach without making a larger incision?
