Our process capabilities include simultaneous 5-axis CNC milling, CNC Swiss screw machining, CNC 6-8 axis multi-process machining capable of producing complex parts in one operation, CNC wire and sinker EDM, and assemblies. We process titanium, implantable grade PEEK, cobalt chrome, stainless steel and many other materials. Services include production, product launching and prototyping.  Additional support services include process validation and verification, design for manufacturing assistance, vendor managed inventory (VMI), and non-sterile packaging and labeling.  ISO 13485:2003, ISO 9001:2008, AS9100C and FDA registered.”

With two facilities located in Holyoke, MA and the Greater Philadelphia area, we have the optimal environment for precision manufacturing.  We utilize the latest software and machining technologies throughout the entire process—from prototyping to full-scale production—ensuring that our professionals can develop the most efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes possible. These technologies include state-of-the-art, multi-axis CNC machines supported by Siemens NX (Unigraphics), SolidWorks, PartMaker CAD/CAM, and machine toolpath verification software.

 

Our extensive device manufacturing experience includes product development, design for manufacturing assistance, prototypes, product launching, and production. We are particularly skilled in the precision manufacturing of moderate to complex components and assemblies with the ability to achieve and maintain tolerances as close as ±0.0001 inch.  Among the products we provide are spine plates, rods, connectors, hooks, PEEK spacers (including for ALIF, PLIF, TLIF and stand-alone devices),  pedicle screws, plate screws, and many other implants and instruments for large joints and extremities.
