SPINEVISION SAS announces the deployment of Hexanium® technology for the cervical area. The Hexanium® ACIF cage is officially fully launched worldwide. The company will introduce its 3D-printed titanium standalone cage during EUROSPINE (booth C35) and NASS (booth #1110) in October 2023.
Following the success of the TLIF cages, Hexanium technology has been applied to the ACIF cages, the second product in SPINEVISION’s Hexanium range. The company now offers a state-of-the-art solution for anterior cervical interbody fusion (ACIF). The Hexanium ACIF cage is a standalone, zero-profile titanium alloy cage, 3D laser printed, which converts the benefits of 3D laser printing technology into a porous honeycomb structure. It offers a rough surface which, combined with a large grafting area, optimizes the chances of bone growth from endplate to endplate. The porous structure allows osseointegration and brings the elasticity of the cage closer to that of the bone, reducing the risk of cage subsidence.
