The Fortress Pedicular Fixation System is a midline pedicle screw system that offers a divergent cortical screw trajectory for screw placement to provide a robust, anatomy-conserving alternative to traditional pedicular fixation.The ACT MediaLIF procedure significantly reduces the incision, dissection and retraction requirements associated with traditional posterior spinal fusion procedures while still providing the surgeon exceptional access to the spine for fusion, fixation and decompression. The ACT MediaLIF procedure combines the advantages of Spineology’s new Fortress Pedicular Fixation System, new Medius Midline Retractor System and Rampart Interbody Fusion Systems.
The Medius Midline Retractor System, a low profile, feature-rich retractor, is designed to minimize muscle disruption and tissue retraction.
The Rampart Interbody Fusion System offers impacted and steerable TLIF and PLIF options.
