The QFusion Interspinous Fusion and Stabilization System is a percutaneous implantable device that is placed between the spinous bones of the spine. The device consists of a quadrangular body with four wings placed two by two on the opposite ends, which, through the compression of the central body, are opened lifting and approaching simultaneously, until they come into contact with the spinous bones; the anchorage to the spinous bones occurs through the small teeth placed at the ends of the wings.
