March 5, 2015 By SPINEMarketGroup

Paragon Medical creates a partnership with its customers by providing premier engineering from the inception of a project to its completion. Strategically located in the USA, Europe and Asia, Paragon works with customers in the development of value engineered products while driving down costs, adhering to regulatory compliance protocols, with a clear understanding of market dynamics. Paragon’s commitment to excellence is evident throughout the design, validation and advanced manufacturing of cases and trays, reusable and single-use surgical instruments and implantable components.

Surgical Instruments and Implantable ComponentsIn the global orthopaedic community, Paragon Medical is known as an expert in manufacturing surgical instruments and implantable components. We manufacture a diverse range of reusable and single-use instruments and implantable components. From anchors and screws to complex multi-assembly instruments, we have the versatility, design and manufacturing experience — as well the industry’s most talented craftsmen — to deliver innovative solutions with exceptional quality. In addition, we are experienced at machining and molding a wide range of materials, including various stainless steels, aluminum, cobalt chrome, titanium, Nitinol and engineered polymers such as Radel R®, Ultem®, Celcon®, UHMW, PEEK and acetal.

Standard Surgical InstrumentsParagon Medical offers standard surgical instruments, targeting orthopaedic and spinal applications. Our portfolio of products allows for customization, rapid response and flexibility in color. Our product families also include a complement of silicone over-molded handles. The ergonomic designs provide increased rotational control of the instrument while offering a light, comfortable grip.

Standard Cases & Trays

Need to get your product to the market quickly? Standard case and tray systems allow for shortened development cycles and come in various sizes, from small MicroTrays™ to
full-DIN size with inserts. Sample Case Express™ is tailored for quick turnaround for clinical trials, surgeon evaluations and other low-volume, low-cost needs. Sample Case Express™ products are flexible, modular and reusable, accommodating future product launches.

Orthopaedic Instrument Global Design Center

In a world of limited resources and aggressive product timelines, you need a trusted partner who anticipates and responds to all of your development needs. The Orthopaedic Instrument Global Design Center (OIGDC) provides unprecedented product development support that will enable you to focus on other critical launch activities. You also need a partner who listens. And that’s why – before ever embarking on this OIGDC journey – Paragon Medical interviewed, investigated and “tested the waters” with you, our customers. We heard your desire for design services and shaped our OIGDC accordingly. At Paragon Medical, we understand the science behind product development, including the importance of ensuring design for manufacturability. By collaborating with our engineering teams, your development group will realize a level of commitment to their projects seldom found in the industry today.http://www.paragonmedical.com
