Palladian MIS is a Spinal Screw System that allows a Percutaneous or Mini-Open Approach. It has a Broad Range of Implants including Cannulated Screws that Allow an Over-the-Wire Approach for Tissue Preservation. The Palladian™ MIS Supports Multi-Level Procedures allowing Percutaneous Compression and Distraction.
NeuroStructures , Inc. received 510(K) clearance from the U.S. FDA to market the latest technology pedicle screw based spinal system and Minimally Invasive Spinal System – Palladian™. Palladian™ Spinal Systems incorporate a large array of implants for both the Percutaneous and mini-open approaches. Double lead thread design reduces insertion time and friction screw head allows for easy rod insertion. All screws incorporate the Helical Flange technology which has been proven to minimize cross threading of set screws while allowing for the lowest of profile screw design. Multiple patents have been filed for the Palladian™ Screw technology.

About MIS
The trend in spine surgery for many procedures has been moving toward minimally invasive approaches. These include spine surgery for lumbar fusion, deformity surgery, cervical surgery and sacroiliac joint fusion. The benefits of minimally invasive spine surgery (MIS) include decreased pain, less blood loss, shorter hospital stays and faster recovery. However, there is a difficult learning curve for surgeons when mastering MIS procedures. Increasing familiarity with MIS techniques creates more options for surgeons treating spine conditions with the potential to decrease surgical complications. The goal of this conference is to update neurological and orthopedic surgeons, as well as allied health professionals on the latest advances in MIS surgical techniques.
