The Orion Sacroilliac Joint Fusion System consists of cannulated, fully threaded screws with double helix threads features large screws that allow the surgeon to revise the SI bone and has a post fusion removal system.
The SI Screw has large bifurcations on the sides that increase solid scaffolding. The optional washers are included to aid in conformity to patient anatomy. The offering consists of 11mm and 13mm diameter sizes with lengths from 30mm to 80mm in 5 mm increments. There are 2 washer sizes to match the 11mm and 13mm diameters. Each implant was designed to accommodate bone graft prior to insertion. The custom instrumentation makes this system a surgeon’s preference for SI joint surgery.
