Madagascar Cervical Plate

May 30, 2024 By SPINEMarketGroup

In biomechanically justified cases, there may be a need for additional stabilization, then disc prosthesis can be used with the ”Madagascar” cervical plate. This leads to simultaneous intervertebral and vertebral stabilization of one segment of the cervical spine (anterior surgical approach). The anatomic and low profile cervical plate is equipped with a central hole for the connecting thread in the middle and two holes for bone screws on the sides providing better stabilization of the implant(s).

Features:

  • Combined “Caspar” and “Cloward” methods in single stabilizer;
  • Dynamic stabilization;
  • Multifunctional method;
  • Stable mechanical connection with cervical cage;
  • Reduction of treatment costs and time;
  • Low profile plate;
  • Light & strong construction;
  • Used as a standalone implant or in conjunction with cervical cage;
