GS Medical USA, LLC (GSM) is proud to announce the company’s feature article in the fall issue ofUS Business Executive Publication. Established in the US market in 2006, GSM distributes spinal implants and related medical products to orthopedic spine and neurosurgical spine surgeons with an infrastructure founded on leadership, entrepreneurialism, and a national network of medical sales distributorships. The company’s corporate office is located in Santa Cruz, CA.
Cognizant of ever-increasing competition in the medical device arena, GSM serves as a champion by meeting the demand for high-quality, cost-effective medical device products. Over the years, GSM has continued to build a stable customer foundation and usage is attributed to solid product performance and clinical efficacy. GSM has several developing products currently under FDA review, including a PEEK-OPTIMA® Stand-Alone ALIF and ACIF implants, posterior cervical screw, hook, and occipital fixation device, as well as an ACDF plate to name a few. “GSM’s product portfolio is growing and diversifying to meet the needs of the ever-evolving spinal implant and instrument landscape. Being flexible with pricing and cost cutting measures has opened many doors for us,” comments General Manager John Stephani. GSM recently released the new AnyPlus® MIS percutaneous pedicle screw system, which has added to sales growth.GSM continues to drive sales nationwide and realized a 150 percent growth in the first half of the fiscal year as compared to last year. “Our revenue is projected to top $10M in 2012,” exclaims Shawn McQuinn, VP of Sales and Marketing Western USA.
