Idys™-ALIF is an implant developed to perform interbody fusions of the lumbar spine using an anterior approach.Idys™-ALIF cages and plates were designed in collaboration with surgeons, by an experienced development team in the field of spinal implants. The design team has worked to create a cage made of PEEK, as well as an anatomical ALIF plate to restore disc height and lumbar lordosis whilst providing immediate stability in terms of treatment. The goal is to create optimal conditions to promote bone fusion. Ergonomic instrumentation of the Idys ™ -ALIF cage meets the needs of surgeons in regard to reliability, safety, and installation convenience.

About ALIF Cages
Anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF) is a spine surgery that involves approaching the spine from the front of the body to remove disc or bone material from in between two adjacent lumbar vertebrae. The disc material is then replaced by cage containing bone graft or bone morphogenetic protein.The ALIF cage maintains normal disc height as the bone graft fuses with the bone of the vertebrae above and below to stabilize the spine.
