COALITION is an integrated plate and spacer system designed to provide the biomechanical strength of a traditional ACDF. COALITION®helps to preserves the natural sagittal anatomic profile while providing anterior column support and stability. The procedure is streamlined by low profile instrumentation which facilitates a less invasive approach through a smaller incision.
Features:
- Lag screws: Compressively load the graft to help promote fusion
- Torsional stabilizers: Enhance rotational stability for strength equivalent to a traditional plate and spacer system
- Blocking set screw: Provides audible, tactile and visual confirmation of engagement to prevent screw back out
- 2-Level use: May be used at two contiguous levels of the cervical spine (C2-T1)
