The AccuLIF platform of expandable interbody devices, including AccuLIF TL and AccuLIF PL, further establishes our presence in the minimally invasive surgery market.AccuLIF is currently the only expandable cage utilizing proprietary hydraulic pressure allowing for a 6mm starting height designed to help preserve endplate structural integrity, minimize impaction forces during insertion and help to reduce nerve root retraction.
Features:
- Surgeon controlled hydraulic expansion mechanism that expands or contracts the device in-situ and is intended for use with supplemental spinal fixation
- Large central cavity for autogenous bone graft spanning endplate to endplate helps aid in fusion
- Shortest starting expandable height 2 currently on the market with three implant options covering an expansion range from 6-16mm
- First steerable curved expandable TLIF interbody currently on the US market
About Expandable Cages
Expandable interbody cages allow surgeons to go through a small corridor and change the geometry of the cage to correspond to what the patient’s spine requires. These implants may help protect a patient’s nerve roots and other structures in the area near the cage or along the corridor through which they are implanted. Sometimes can be implanted with a minimally invasive surgical procedure.
