MOVE-C combines the features of a second generation disc prosthesis with the simple implantation technique of a cervical cage. The prosthesis offers physiological motion in all 6 planes including axial damping with progressive resistance to motion. Furthermore, MOVE-C is the first prosthesis with additively manufactured titanium endplates and avoids the use of PE.
Features:
- Unique Function & Simplicity: MOVE-C enables physiological movement in all 6 degrees of freedom with axial damping and progressive increase in resistance. Simple and safe without a separate core.
- Physiological ROM in 6 directions with defined neutral zone
- Pre-mounted on implant holder
- Built-in lordosis
Studies:
- Biomechanical In Vitro Test of a Novel Dynamic Spinal Stabilization System Incorporating Polycarbonate Urethane Material Under Physiological Conditions
- The move-C cervical artificial disc can restore intact range of motion and 3-D kinematics
- The MOVE-C Cervical Artificial Disc – Design, Materials, Mechanical Safety
- First clinical results (up to 48 months) of a newly designed cervical disc prosthesis with an articulating inner surface and a flexible core
MOVE®-C is approved in the following countries:
